Shipping Policy

Tracked shipping is free on every Bluelify order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Delivery usually takes 7–13 business days after dispatch, but timing varies by destination and service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, or carrier disruption.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If a parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email support@bluelify.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Please review your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
