At Bluelify, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@bluelify.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this in your return request email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
